ABOUT ME

 My love for nature inspires everything I paint. From the beauty of an endless sky to the changing moods of a deep blue sea, my brush represents what my heart feels. I paint what I love – be it a scene or an object or even a precious moment in time that I want to capture. My greatest joy is the first brush stroke as it’s the promise of a journey, and not so much a call to a destination, that awaits me!

I enjoy commissions as it gives me an opportunity to give my clients exactly what they're seeking to create a beautiful space.  My style tends towards realism and harmony. My paintings have been displayed in galleries and in juried shows in Wilmington and Leland.  I am a member of the Art League of Leland and the Wilmington Art Association. I am a resident artist at Gallery Citrine located in downtown Wilmington.  I am self taught and enjoy associating with other artists as we learn from each other and continue to grow in our craft. 

I also enjoy interior decorating and creating curated spaces that invoke a sense of warmth and happiness.

  My wish is to capture just a bit of nature’s boundless beauty and spread some happiness in the world!
